Shoji

SHOJI is the NUMAEX partition system, built on T6-6063 aluminium profiles with a 3.5 mm wall. Lightweight without sacrifice, structurally rigid without visual bulk, and grounded in the principles of wabi-sabi and ma: simplicity, and the beauty of empty space.

Three profile families, Shoji, Shogun and Suki, run as fixed screens, single and synchro sliding partitions, telescopic sliding systems, dual hinge doors and sliding plus swing combinations, manual or motorised, with an intelligent access system where it is wanted. Grid designs Ligne, Quadra, Rise, Arc and ArcPro set the rhythm of the screen.

Infills span clear, textured and patterned glass, Tactile and Numartis, wood, tiles and laminates, with multi-layer glass for insulation and sound where a room needs it. Finishes come in matt, metallic and earthy wood tones. Shoji is specified for villas, double-height residential entries, hotel suites, boardrooms and workplaces where separation and visual continuity must coexist.

Every SHOJI track is engineered around the door it carries. We calibrate gauge, weight and glide per project, so a panel installed today moves the same way on year ten. The track, the channel and the glass are specified as a single component rather than three sourced parts — which is why a SHOJI partition closes silently and never settles.
